🔁 Rebilling Policy
1. Billing Cycle
We operate on a monthly rebilling cycle. Usage-based charges are billed in arrears based on your prior month’s usage.
2. Included Usage vs. Overage
All subscription plans include base limits. If you exceed those limits, overage charges apply and are rebilled at the rates below.

Note: International SMS/call rates vary and may be charged at carrier-specific pricing.
4. Rebilling Threshold – $10 Increments
Once your account accrues $10 in usage charges, your saved payment method will be automatically charged. This process repeats in $10 increments as usage continues throughout the month.
For example:
$10.01 in usage = $10 charge immediately
$19.99 in usage = $10 charged at $10, another $10 at $20
Remaining usage is reconciled and rebilled at month-end if under $10.
5. Payment Method Required
A valid credit/debit card must be on file. Charges will be applied automatically based on your usage and billing thresholds.
6. Notifications
You’ll receive automated alerts when usage approaches included limits. It’s your responsibility to monitor usage via the dashboard.
7. Disputes
Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge. Disputes beyond this window may not be eligible for adjustment.
8. Refunds
All usage-based charges are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused or partially used services.
